Our Agreement With You

Acceptance of Terms

By creating a Conektik account or using the platform in any way, you agree to these terms of use. This is the whole agreement in one sentence: Conektik provides a verified, moderated dating platform, and you agree to use it honestly, respectfully, and within the law.

These Conektik terms of use form a binding online dating user agreement between you and Conektik, covering the website at conektik.us.org and all related services. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not create an account or use the platform - no hard feelings, and no charge, since joining costs nothing.

If anything here is unclear, our FAQ page answers common pre-registration questions in plain language, and our privacy policy explains how your information is handled. Together, these documents describe the full relationship between you and the platform.

The short version: be yourself, be respectful, be honest about who you are and what you want - and Conektik will provide a verified, encrypted, actively moderated place to meet women who are looking for the same things.

Who May Join

Eligibility and Account Responsibility

Conektik is a dating platform for adults only. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account - and 21 or older where your jurisdiction requires it - and you are responsible for everything that happens under your login credentials.

Who Can Use Conektik

To register, you must be a legal adult in your place of residence, legally able to enter a binding agreement, and not prohibited from using dating services under any applicable law. Your Account, Your Responsibility

But here's the thing: verification confirms identity, not character, and no system can guarantee another person's intentions or the outcome of any relationship.

Your vigilance matters. If a conversation ever feels inconsistent, manipulative, or unusually fast - especially if it turns quickly to money, emergencies, or moving off the platform - step back, trust your judgment, and report it. Our team is always listening, and reporting costs you nothing but a moment.

Accordingly, Conektik does not guarantee that you will meet a partner, that any match will lead to a relationship, or that every member will behave honestly at all times. The platform is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Conektik disclaims warranties of any particular result and is not responsible for the conduct of members, online or offline. Subscriptions and Optional Premium Features

Creating a Conektik profile is free and requires no credit card. Optional premium features are clearly priced before you pay, with no hidden fees, no disguised paywalls, and no pressure to upgrade.

The free tier is genuinely usable: you can create your profile, complete the compatibility questionnaire, and explore the platform meaningfully before deciding whether paid features are worth it to you. Premium membership plans are laid out in plain language, and you will always see the exact price and billing terms before any charge occurs.

If you choose to subscribe, the following terms apply:

Clear billing. Subscription prices and renewal terms are displayed before purchase. There are no hidden charges and no features that pretend to be free until you try to use them.
Your choice, your timing. Conektik does not use aggressive upselling. You upgrade only if and when you decide the added features are valuable to you.
Simple cancellation. You may cancel a subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues through the end of the paid period.
Changes announced in advance. If premium pricing changes, existing subscribers are notified before any new rate applies to them.

Ownership

Intellectual Property

The Conektik name, logo, design system, and platform software belong to Conektik. Your profile content remains yours - you simply grant us the license needed to display it to other members as part of the service.

All elements of the platform - including the Conektik wordmark, the hyperspace arc logo, the space-opera visual design, text, graphics, and underlying software - are the property of Conektik or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Conektik's design is an original work inspired by the broader spirit of classic space adventure; it is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any film studio or franchise. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse any part of the platform's design or code without written permission.

When you post photos, text, or other content to your profile, you keep ownership of it. You grant Conektik a limited, non-exclusive license to display that content within the platform so other members can see your profile - which is, after all, the point. You confirm that you have the right to share everything you upload, and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights. Remove your content, and the license ends, except where copies are required for legal or backup purposes.

Keeping Current

Updates to These Terms

Conektik may update these terms as the platform evolves. When changes are significant, we notify members in advance, and the current version - with its effective date - is always posted on this page.

We revise these dating platform terms from time to time to reflect new features, legal requirements, or clearer wording. Minor edits take effect when posted. For material changes - anything that meaningfully affects your rights, your data, or your billing - we will notify you through the platform or by email before the change takes effect.

Continuing to use Conektik after an update means you accept the revised terms. If you ever disagree with a change, you may close your account at any time; any prepaid subscription simply runs to the end of its paid period. We recommend checking this page occasionally - the effective date at the top always tells you which version you're reading.
